Amends AS 40.25.120(a) to add a new exemption to Alaska's public records law for animal adoption and foster care records.

Makes confidential any records that include names, addresses, or other identifying information of a person who has adopted or is providing foster care for an animal.

Adds this protection as subsection (19) to the list of exceptions to public record disclosure requirements.

Protects the privacy of animal adopters and foster caregivers by preventing public access to their personal information through public records requests.
