Amends supervision requirements for restaurant and eating place alcohol licenses to clarify that persons under 21 may be employed if adequate supervision ensures 16-17 year old employees do not obtain alcoholic beverages.

Extends the time window for selling alcoholic beverages at theater licenses from one hour before events to two hours before events, ending one hour after the event.

Modifies warning sign requirements for alcohol licensees to change pregnancy warning language from "drinking alcoholic beverages" to "alcohol use" and adds cancer warning language.

Allows persons 18-20 years old to be employed at brewery, winery, distillery, and retail establishments, and permits persons under 21 to be present at certain licensed premises for travel, lodging, or recreation purposes with parental consent.

Adds definition of "business that offers adult entertainment" to alcohol licensing statutes and repeals prior theater license service time restrictions.
