Amends Alaska Statute 14.03.127(a) to increase the Internet download speed requirement for school districts from 25 megabits per second to 100 megabits per second.

Applies to districts with one or more schools that qualify for discounted rates under the federal universal services program.

State funding covers the amount needed to bring each eligible school's Internet service up to the 100 megabits per second threshold.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
