Alaska Railroad Corporation shall convey its surface estate interest in six parcels of real property located in Nenana (Sections 13, 14, and 23 of Township 8, North, Range 4, West, Fairbanks Meridian) to the Nenana Native Association.

The six parcels include waterfront areas along the Tanana and Nenana Rivers, townsite lots, and portions of U.S.S. No. 1138, with detailed legal descriptions provided for each property.

Alaska Railroad retains a 100-foot track right-of-way on each side of its mainline centerline in one parcel for potential future mainline track construction west of the Nenana River.

Alaska Railroad Corporation may accept cash payment equivalent to the fair market value of the conveyed land as consideration.

The conveyance constitutes legislative approval under AS 42.40.285(1) and takes effect immediately upon enactment.
