Establishes the short title as the "Alaska Privacy and Abortion Act of 2021" and amends Alaska statutes to add Chapter 20 on interpretation of the right to privacy.

Declares that the intentional taking of innocent human life before, during, or after birth is not protected by the right to privacy under Alaska Constitution Article I, Section 22.

States the section is not subject to judicial review, preventing courts from overturning this interpretation.

Finds that the Alaska Constitution grants the legislature authority to implement privacy provisions and that the constitutional drafters never intended the privacy right to include taking the life of an innocent child.

Asserts the legislature has not delegated legislative power to courts and reserves to lawmakers a check on courts attempting to claim power through judicial decree.
