Changes ballot tabulation language in AS 15.15.350(d) to specify that tabulation proceeds "by the division" rather than just proceeding in sequential rounds.

Creates new statute AS 15.15.367 requiring the director of elections to provide ongoing unofficial election results to the public starting the day after a general election and continuing daily until results are certified.

Unofficial results must include the number of ballots on which each candidate is highest-ranked and precinct data (excluding hand-count precincts) necessary to conduct an unofficial ranked-choice tabulation.

Modifies AS 15.15.370 to require election board certificates include only the data necessary to conduct ranked-choice tabulation rather than data from "at each round of" the tabulation process.
