Prohibits foreign adversaries from buying, leasing, or renting critical infrastructure, agricultural land, or real property with direct line of sight to military installations in Alaska.

Prohibits foreign adversaries from entering into contracts that would result in their control of critical infrastructure or agricultural land in the state.

Requires violating foreign adversaries to divest their interests within one year, after which the property is sold at public auction by the municipality or state.

Authorizes the attorney general or relevant municipality to bring superior court actions to enjoin violations of the prohibition.

Defines "foreign adversary" as citizens, corporations domiciled or headquartered in, or governments of China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, or Venezuela, including corporations with controlling interests from these entities.
