Defines "sex" as biological sex in Alaska school athletics statute (AS 14.18.040)

Requires public schools and private schools competing against public schools to designate each athletic team or sport as male/men/boys, female/women/girls, or coeducational/mixed

Restricts participation in female/women/girls sports to students who are biologically female

Prohibits governmental entities, licensing organizations, athletic associations, and school districts from investigating or taking adverse action against schools for complying with the designation requirements

Creates private cause of action for students denied athletic opportunities, students subjected to retaliation for reporting violations, and schools harmed by violations, with a two-year statute of limitations
