Amends AS 21.42.375 to define "diagnostic breast examination," "low-dose mammography screening," and "supplemental breast examination" using specific imaging technologies and clinical criteria.

Prohibits health insurers offering individual or group plans in Alaska from imposing cost sharing, deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or other out-of-pocket expenses for low-dose mammography screenings, diagnostic breast examinations, and supplemental breast examinations.

Exception allows cost sharing requirements only when necessary to maintain a plan's qualification as a high deductible health plan eligible for health savings account tax deductions under 26 U.S.C. 223.

Applies to insurance policies or contracts issued, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2025.

Authorizes the director of the division of insurance to adopt implementing regulations effective on or after January 1, 2025.
