Prohibits employers from requiring employees to become or remain members of labor organizations as a condition of employment or continuation of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charges to labor organizations or third parties in lieu of labor organization payments.

Establishes class B misdemeanor penalties for knowing violations and provides injured employees the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and attorney fees.

Modifies public employee and corporation collective bargaining provisions to allow revocation of dues deduction authorizations at any time without restriction by providing notice to the employer.

Applies to collective bargaining agreements entered into on or after the effective date; takes effect immediately.
