Increases nonresident alien big game tag fees for wolverine from $350 to $500 and musk oxen from $2,200 to $3,000.

Modifies airborne predator control authorization to remove the requirement that the Board of Game identify big game prey population objectives and determine that predation is an important cause of failure to meet those objectives.

Repeals multiple statutory provisions including intensive management program requirements, big game prey population identification standards, and related Board of Game regulatory authorities.
