Amends AS 47.07.063(a) to allow the department to reimburse school districts for medical assistance services provided to eligible children, including those without disabilities.

Removes the requirement that services must be included in a child's individualized education program developed under AS 14.30.278.

Removes the restriction limiting reimbursement to only children with disabilities, expanding eligibility to all children who qualify for medical assistance.

Maintains requirements that school districts must have agreements to reimburse the state for required financial shares, comply with billing and auditing standards, and services cannot exceed allowable reimbursement amounts.

Requires compliance with all applicable provisions of medical assistance law and other federal and state requirements.
