Amends AS 42.45.110(b) to add "or school" to the list of recipients eligible for power cost equalization on actual consumption of not more than 750 kilowatt-hours a month.

Modifies AS 42.45.110(d) to clarify that power cost equalization reduces the cost of the first 500 kilowatt-hours a month (rather than unspecified amount) for each residential customer and school.

Removes redundant language by replacing "PER" with "for each" and "PER MONTH" with "a month" in the tariff rate provisions.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024.
