Amends AS 18.80.060(a)(6) to require the State Commission for Human Rights to prepare a separate report summarizing equal employment opportunity assessment results within 90 days after the convening of the regular legislative session in the year the report is required, rather than including results in the annual report.

Requires the commission to make electronic copies of the equal employment opportunity assessment report available to the public and notify the legislature that the report is available.

Amends AS 18.80.150 to change the annual report requirement from providing 40 physical copies to the Legislative Affairs Agency to instead making electronic copies available to the public and notifying the legislature within 30 days after convening of each regular legislative session.

Removes the requirement that the commission provide physical copies of the annual report during the week preceding the convening of the annual legislative session for library distribution.
