Amends AS 14.17.910(a) to require each school district to maintain complete financial records of state aid, local effort money, and other funds received or held by the district.

Mandates that school districts make financial records available on an Internet website accessible to the public at no cost.

Requires the Internet website to provide separate financial information for each individual school within the district.

Maintains existing requirements that records be in the form required by the department and remain subject to departmental audit.
