Reestablishes the Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska under AS 41.37.160 with a sunset date of June 30, 2031.

Removes the previous sunset provision for this commission that was codified in AS 44.66.010(a)(10).

Establishes staggered initial member terms for governor-appointed members: two members appointed for four years, two for three years, one for two years, and one for one year.

Requires the governor to specify the term length for each appointed member according to the transition provision.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
