Adds sexual orientation and gender identity or expression as protected classes to Alaska's anti-discrimination laws by amending AS 18.80.300.

Defines "gender identity or expression" as having or being perceived as having a gender, self-image, appearance, or behavior regardless of whether it differs from the sex assigned at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as an actual or perceived inherent attraction to a sexual partner of a certain gender, or the absence of gender preference in a sexual relationship.

Expands the definition of "sex" in Alaska law to explicitly include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.

Modifies the blockbusting definition to clarify that discriminatory real estate practices are unlawful when inducing transactions from which the broker or agent may benefit financially.
