Establishes a joint task force on labor workforce, training, and retention to address Alaska's workforce shortage across all economic sectors.

Speaker of the House and President of the Senate each appoint three members to the task force, with the chairs of the respective labor and commerce committees serving as co-chairs.

Task force will conduct meetings throughout calendar year 2023 and deliver a final report with recommendations to the legislature by the start of the Second Regular Session of the Thirty-Third Alaska State Legislature.

Addresses workforce challenges including outmigration, population decline, lack of affordable housing, child care, and broadband availability, as well as upcoming major oil development projects (Willow and Pikka).
