Designates April 21-27, 2024, as Crime Victims' Rights Week in Alaska.

Recognizes that millions of people nationwide are victimized by crime each year, including victims of murder, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, driving under the influence, and other crimes.

Acknowledges Alaska's progress in safeguarding victims' rights while committing to provide accessible, appropriate, and trauma-informed services to all crime victims.

Affirms the Alaska State Legislature's commitment to upholding constitutional protections for crime victims under Article I, Sections 12 and 24 of the Alaska Constitution.

Encourages all state residents to support efforts that make Alaska the safest state in the country, reduce victim trauma in the criminal justice system, and provide proper assistance for victims' healing and recovery.
