Requests that the United States Congress call a convention of the states under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to propose a constitutional amendment limiting the number of terms for U.S. House and Senate members.

Directs Alaska to apply this request toward the two-thirds threshold of states needed to trigger a convention, and specifies the application may only be aggregated with other applications on the same term limits subject matter.

Establishes this as a continuing application that remains in effect until at least two-thirds of state legislatures have submitted similar applications to Congress.

Urges the legislatures of the other 49 states to submit their own applications for a constitutional convention on congressional term limits.

Requires copies of the resolution to be sent to federal leadership including the President, Vice President, congressional leaders, and Alaska's congressional delegation.
