Urges President Biden and the U.S. Department of the Interior to approve the Willow Master Development Plan using Alternative E, which allows three drill sites as the minimum economically viable option.

Calls on the Bureau of Land Management to maximize the area available for oil and gas leasing and development within the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska while conserving fish, wildlife, subsistence, and cultural resources.

Cites estimates of 8.7 billion barrels of recoverable oil and 25 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas in the reserve, with potential annual government revenues of $730 million to $4.75 billion and 3,600 direct and 2,750 indirect jobs over 30 years.

Notes that the Willow project would produce 600 million barrels of oil at 180,000 barrels per day at peak production and has support from Alaska Native entities, labor unions, local communities, and the entire Alaska Congressional delegation.

States that further delay in project approval undermines its values and benefits to the state and nation, and is not in the public interest.
