Prohibits agencies from releasing criminal justice information for convictions under AS 11.71.060 (or similar municipal ordinances) for possession of less than one ounce of a Schedule VIA controlled substance when the defendant was 21 or older, had no other convictions in that case, and requests non-release of records.

Amends AS 12.62.160(b) to add a new exception category (f) restricting disclosure of criminal justice information meeting the specified marijuana possession criteria.

Requires the Alaska Court System to remove court records from publicly available Internet websites for cases meeting the marijuana possession criteria and to post a general notice explaining the removal and how to obtain full criminal history records.

Directs the Alaska Court System to remove existing court records from before the effective date that meet the removal criteria, to the extent practicable.

Takes effect January 1, 2024.
