Amends Alaska statute AS 18.80.300 to add definitions for "gender identity or expression," "sexual orientation," and modifies the definition of "sex" to include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.

Defines "gender identity or expression" as having or being perceived as having a gender, self-image, appearance, or behavior regardless of whether it differs from the sex assigned at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as an actual or perceived inherent attraction to a sexual partner of a certain gender, or the absence of gender preference in a sexual relationship.

Clarifies that "sex" includes sexual orientation and gender identity or expression in Alaska's anti-discrimination laws.

Modifies the definition of "blockbusting" in real estate practices by changing "any such" person to "that" person in the statute.
