Enacts the Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact allowing registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to practice across party states with a single multistate license issued by their home state.

Establishes separate fee structures for single-state licenses and multistate licenses under AS 08.01.065, with fees calculated to cover regulatory costs for each license type.

Creates the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators to coordinate licensure information, investigate violations, and enforce compact rules across member states.

Requires nurses to submit criminal background checks via fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and maintain compliance with state practice laws in the state where care is rendered.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and allows the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and Board of Nursing to adopt necessary implementing regulations.
