Requires each school district in Alaska to establish and provide a department-approved program for students in kindergarten through grade 12 covering Asian American and Pacific Islander history and contributions in the United States.

Mandates that instructional materials used in the program portray the cultural and economic diversity of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Applies the definition of "school district" from Alaska Statute 14.30.350 to this requirement.
