Amends AS 18.80.240 to add "residency in this state" as a protected class in real property transactions, making it unlawful to refuse to sell, lease, or rent based on whether someone is an Alaska resident.

Prohibits discrimination against persons based on residency in this state regarding terms, conditions, or privileges relating to the use, sale, lease, or rental of real property.

Makes it unlawful to make written or oral inquiries or records regarding a person's residency in this state when they seek to buy, lease, or rent real property.

Prohibits offering, soliciting, accepting, or retaining real estate listings with understanding that persons may be discriminated against based on residency in this state.

Bans making, printing, or publishing notices, statements, or advertisements for real property sale or rental that indicate preference, limitation, or discrimination based on residency in this state.
