Amends Alaska Public Records Law (AS 40.25.120) to add a new exemption protecting the identities of people who adopt or provide foster care for animals

Names, addresses, and other identifying information of animal adopters and foster care providers are now confidential and not subject to public disclosure

Adds this protection as subsection (18) to the list of existing public records exemptions in state law

Maintains all existing public records exemptions related to vital statistics, juvenile records, medical records, law enforcement, and other sensitive information
