AK SB190

Authorizes the Board of Game to establish annual big game hunting seasons in appropriate areas for persons with physical disabilities.

Requires participants in disability hunts to be accompanied by a licensed hunter who is capable of retrieving game.

Allows the Board of Game to adopt necessary regulations to implement the bill under the Administrative Procedure Act.

Takes effect January 1, 2025, with the regulatory authority provision taking effect immediately upon enactment.
