Establishes Department of Public Safety sexual assault examination kit tracking system to track kit status and location from evidence collection through serological or DNA testing under AS 44.41.067

Allows victims to access tracking information and receive automated notifications about their kit status through the tracking system

Reduces law enforcement timeline to send kits to laboratories from 30 days to 20 days after gathering evidence or receiving notification from health care provider under AS 44.41.065(a)(2)

Requires laboratories to conduct serological or DNA testing within 120 days of receiving a kit and notify victims within two weeks after testing is completed under AS 44.41.065(a)(3)
