Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is authorized to acquire or purchase the building it currently occupies at 700 Bragaw Street, Anchorage, Alaska for up to $8,000,000.

This acquisition constitutes the approval required under Alaska Statutes 18.55.100(d) and 18.56.090(d).

The Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
