Amends AS 15.15.350(d) to specify that ballot tabulation in general elections proceeds "by the division" rather than just "proceeds" in sequential rounds.

Creates new AS 15.15.367 requiring the elections director to provide daily unofficial election result counts beginning the day after a general election and continuing until results are certified, including the number of ballots with each candidate ranked highest and data from non-hand-count precincts needed for unofficial ranked-choice tabulation.

Modifies AS 15.15.370 to require election board certificates include votes for the highest-ranked candidate and ranked-choice tabulation data from non-hand-count precincts, removing the previous requirement to include data from "each round" of tabulation.
