Changes health and personal safety education from an encouraged program to a required program that all Alaska public school districts must provide for kindergarten through grade 12.

Requires comprehensive sexual health education curriculum covering human development, sexuality, reproduction, abstinence, anatomy, physiology, consent, contraception, healthy relationships, and disease prevention, using medically and scientifically accurate information.

Mandates schools report annually on their health and personal safety education program, including the number of participating students, teaching frequency, and grade levels taught.

Requires schools to provide at least 90 percent of the daily recommended physical activity for students in grades kindergarten through eight, including physical education classes and unstructured activities like recess.

Takes effect June 30, 2024 and repeals AS 14.30.361.
