Establishes March as Brain Injury Awareness Month in Alaska to recognize the prevalence of brain injuries and improve quality of life for affected individuals

Adds legislative findings noting that traumatic and acquired brain injuries can cause lifetime secondary health conditions including concussion symptoms, post-traumatic stress injury, cognitive problems, and increased dementia risk

Identifies that Alaska's rate of identified traumatic and acquired brain injuries is significantly higher than the national rate, and that brain injuries often result from preventable causes including motor vehicle accidents, falls, assaults, and sports injuries

Authorizes schools, community groups, and public and private agencies to observe Brain Injury Awareness Month with activities that increase public awareness of prevention and treatment of brain injuries

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
