• Makes supplemental operating budget appropriations totaling $242,104,900 for fiscal year 2023, funded primarily from general fund receipts ($91,019,800), federal receipts ($133,589,100), and other sources including COVID-19 federal funds ($127,000,000).

• Appropriates $138,396,978 for capital projects and grants across multiple agencies including $50,199,700 for fire suppression activities, $64,000,000 for University of Alaska capital projects, and $35,604,490 for fish and game Exxon Valdez oil spill restoration programs.
