Appropriates $2,285,200 from the general fund to the Department of Administration, Office of Public Advocacy for implementation costs of chapter 44 SLA 2022 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $825,000 from the general fund to the Office of Public Advocacy to address case backlogs for fiscal years ending June 30, 2023 and June 30, 2024.

Appropriates $833,800 from the general fund to the Public Defender Agency for implementation costs of chapter 44 SLA 2022 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $750,000 from the general fund to the Public Defender Agency to address case backlogs for fiscal years ending June 30, 2023 and June 30, 2024.

Appropriates $6,821,700 to the Department of Health for Medicaid eligibility redeterminations and public assistance application processing for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, funded by $3,733,000 in federal receipts and $3,088,700 from prior general fund balance.
