Authorizes two or more set gillnet entry permit holders in Alaska salmon fisheries to fish their gear together as a cooperative, with a minimum of three permit holders allowed per cooperative in each administrative area

Requires permit holders to be physically present when operating another member's gear, unless absent for permitted reasons such as selling fish or traveling to other cooperative gear locations

Eliminates the requirement to store or deliver fish separately by individual permit when harvested cooperatively; any cooperative member or their transporter agent may sell the combined catch

Directs the Board of Fisheries to adopt regulations requiring cooperative registration, establishing harvest reporting procedures, and setting maximum cooperative sizes by administrative area

Takes effect immediately upon passage
