Individual campaign contribution limits increase from $500 per year to $2,000 per election cycle for candidates and nongroup entities, and $5,000 per year for political parties and other groups

Non-political party groups and nongroup entities may contribute up to $4,000 per election cycle to candidates and $5,000 per year to other groups or political parties

Groups supporting or opposing candidates or ballot propositions must maintain a physical address in Alaska or register an in-state agent with the Alaska Public Offices Commission

Alaska Public Offices Commission must complete complaint investigations within 90 days and provide complainants status updates every 10 days beginning 50 days after filing

Contribution limits will be adjusted for inflation every 10 years starting in 2031, based on the Consumer Price Index for urban Alaska, rounded to the nearest $50
