Requires the University of Alaska Board of Regents to notify all enrolled students via email at least 30 days before imposing any new fee or fee increase

Notification must include the fee amount, the reason for the fee, how the revenue will be used, and whether the fee is permanent or temporary

Requires the University of Alaska to provide each enrolled student with an itemized billing statement showing all tuition and fees charged

Known as the "Student Fee Transparency Act"

Takes effect July 1, 2027
