Permits the Commissioner of Administration to enter agreements with data exchange services including the National Driver Register, Commercial Driver's License Information System, and State-to-State Verification Service

Requires the department to display suspension, revocation, or cancellation notices on electronic licenses when a person's physical license is seized or suspended
