Students in district-wide early education programs approved by the Department of Education would be counted as full-time equivalent students for funding purposes, instead of the current one-half count

Repeals AS 14.17.500(f), which currently contains provisions related to early education program student counting

Amends Section 47 of prior legislation (ch. 40, SLA 2022) to remove a reference to the repealed subsection

Effective date of July 1, 2025
