Adds family planning services and supplies to the list of optional Medicaid services Alaska may offer

Eligibility limited to individuals of child-bearing age who are not pregnant and have household income at or below 225% of the federal poverty line

Requires the Department of Health to amend and submit Alaska's Medicaid state plan for federal approval

Act takes effect January 1, 2026, contingent on U.S. Department of Health and Human Services approval by that date

Commissioner of health must notify the revisor of statutes within 30 days of receiving federal approval or determination that approval is unnecessary
