Authorizes the Department of Administration to share driver's license data with nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, or tribal entities approved by the U.S. Social Security Administration for license data verification purposes

Removes the specific reference to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators from existing REAL ID Act data-sharing restrictions

Limits data sharing with private entities to only what is necessary to carry out driver's license data verification under the new provision (AS 28.15.151(g))

Defines eligible "nonprofit organization" as one qualifying for tax exemption under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) or (4)

Takes effect immediately upon passage
