Extends the termination date of the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2033

Increases board membership from 11 to 12 members by adding a separate mechanical engineer position (previously combined with electrical engineer)

Sets the executive administrator's salary at Range 23 on the state salary schedule and requires the board to notify registrants and applicants of the code of ethics (rather than distributing it in writing)

Adds landscape architects to provisions regarding design professional immunity, liens for labor/materials, and state procurement procedures, giving them equal treatment with architects, engineers, and land surveyors

Creates an exemption from certification requirements for persons authorized by the Department of Environmental Conservation to construct conventional onsite wastewater systems serving commercial facilities with 500 gallons/day or less design flow
