The five parcels range from 0.8 acres to 36 acres and are located within Township 8 North, Range 4 East, Seward Meridian

Requires the Alaska Railroad Corporation and City of Whittier to execute an agreement for necessary surveying and platting actions, as the land includes portions of existing lots that are not currently discrete parcels

Allows reasonable modifications to legal descriptions to accommodate surveying and platting changes, subject to approval by the Alaska Railroad Corporation board of directors

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
