Minors under 18 may purchase these products only with a prescription from a licensed practitioner

Violations punishable by fines of $250 for first offense and $350 for subsequent offenses against sellers or employees who knowingly or intentionally violate the law

Reserves regulatory authority over these sales exclusively to the state, preempting both home rule and general law municipalities from enacting local ordinances on this matter
