Expands the definition of "included vaccine" in Alaska's statewide immunization program to include vaccines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics for children and adolescents 18 years of age or younger, in addition to those recommended by the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices

Adds immunizations recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics for children and adolescents 18 years of age or younger to the list of optional services that may be covered under Medicaid (AS 47.07.030)
