Requires Alaska school districts to adopt policies that specifically address and prohibit digital harassment and nonconsensual digital impersonation of students, expanding existing anti-bullying requirements

Defines "nonconsensual digital impersonation" as computer-generated visual or audio content of an identifiable individual that closely resembles them, materially misrepresents their appearance/speech/behavior, would deceive a reasonable person, and is distributed without consent (addressing deepfakes and AI-generated content)

Mandates school districts report incidents of digital harassment and nonconsensual digital impersonation involving students to the Department of Education by November 30 each year

Requires the Department of Education to include training materials specifically related to digital harassment and nonconsensual digital impersonation in any model policy provided to districts

Effective date: January 1, 2027
