Amends Alaska's first-degree sexual assault statute (AS 11.41.410) to make it a crime when a health care worker engages in sexual penetration with a person during professional treatment, removing the previous requirement that the offender must know the victim is unaware a sexual act is occurring

Amends the second-degree sexual assault statute (AS 11.41.420) with parallel changes for sexual contact by health care workers during professional treatment

Removes the knowledge element that previously required prosecutors to prove the health care worker knew the victim was unaware of the sexual act

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act
