Increases the per-student funding allocation for Alaska's special education service agency from $23.13 to $26.89 per student in average daily membership

Funding calculation based on the number of students enrolled in the preceding fiscal year as determined under AS 14.17.600

Allocations may be reduced pro rata if legislative appropriations are insufficient to meet the authorized amount

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with retroactive application to that same date
