Creates a new class B misdemeanor for peace officers who knowingly conceal their face with a mask or disguise while interacting with the public in their official capacity

Exempts officers on authorized undercover assignments, those wearing protective shields that don't obscure the face, medical masks, respirators, or breathing apparatus for health/environmental hazards

Permits face coverings when outdoors at or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, when wearing helmets required for motorcycle operation, or during tactical operations requiring protective gear for immediate safety

Allows SWAT team members to cover their faces while actively performing team responsibilities

Takes effect immediately upon passage and applies only to offenses committed after the effective date
